What this site is

ScoreDeals shares information about products, gifts, and deals offered by other stores. We don't sell anything ourselves. Purchases are between you and the store, under that store's terms, prices, shipping, and return policies.

Prices and availability

A person checks each deal at the store before posting it, and every deal shows when its price was last checked. Prices, stock, coupons, and promotions can still change at any time without notice, and some prices depend on your location or membership. The price and terms the store shows at checkout are the ones that apply. Our Scores and descriptions are opinions about how good a price is, not product reviews or guarantees. We don't test products.

Many links on this site are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission when you buy, at no extra cost to you. See How we make money.

Accounts

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Keep one account per person, and don't share your sign-in link. We may suspend or close accounts that spam, manipulate votes or points, or abuse the site.

Deals you submit

When you submit a deal, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and isn't your own referral or affiliate link. You give ScoreDeals permission to use, edit, rewrite, and publish it, with credit to your display name. We decide which submissions to post, and we may edit or remove posted deals at any time.

Score Points and drawings

Score Points have no cash value and can't be sold or transferred. Any drawings are governed by their Official Rules, and none run unless those rules are posted.

Using the site fairly

Don't scrape or copy the site in bulk, interfere with how it works, try to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or use it for anything unlawful. The site's design, text, Scores, descriptions, and the Recon character belong to ScoreDeals. Product names and logos belong to their owners, and mentioning them doesn't mean they endorse us.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate, but we don't promise that every price, description, or link is correct, current, or available, or that the site will always be up.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, ScoreDeals isn't responsible for losses that come from using the site, from prices or offers that change, or from anything you buy from a store. Your dealings with a store are between you and that store.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
